MIRC has assembled an exceptional team of enthusiastic and dedicated professionals. Recent projects have included model and simulation requirements definition for the Office of the Ocean Executive Agent at NRL Remote Sensing Division, an Operational Repository of coastal Hydraulics and Inlet Dynamics, and a shallow-water wave model. MIRC is presently working on an anadromous fish restoration project and an oceanographic reference book. MIRC scientists keep pace with cutting-edge technologies through collaborative research efforts with University of New Orleans.
